Homemade Muesli
Quality muesli filled with nutritious ingredients can get very expensive but once you have the ingredients in your pantry, it becomes less expensive and you can customise it just how you like it.
For the base I use this recipe to amp up my oats. I sub the peanut butter for almond butter and I add 1/2 of LSA with flaxseed and 2 Tbs of coconut oil to my mix.
Then you just add what you like. I add cranberries, pepitas, sunflower seeds, almonds chopped and flaked and rice puffs.
Guaranteed to taste delicious and keep you feeling full for longer. My favourite breakfast/ snack is this with organic natural yoghurt.
