Natural yoghurt and banana yumminess


Breakfast, desert or a snack, this little beauty is packed with goodness.
It is simply Natural yoghurt and banana in a bowl.  Then I plop a little butter in a small pan, toss in some almond flakes and pepitas.  Brown off a little and then tip a small gulp of 100% maple syrup in to caramelise off (a few seconds).  Sprinkle over the yoghurt and banana and enjoy.

I'm actually about to whip this one up.
